Third Party Software Restrictions. Unless otherwise specifically agreed specified between Client and any Third Party Software provider, the following restrictions and provisions shall apply to all Third Party Software. In the case of conflicts between this Agreement and any agreements directly between the Client and Third Party software vendors, the provisions of the direct agreement shall supersede and apply with respect to the Third Party Software provider. Third Party Software Restrictions. 43.1 If we provide any third party software to you, then:
Third Party Software Restrictions. This Software may include software products licensed third party provider(s). In addition, the Software may enable County to run multiple instances of third­ party software and application programs. Such third party's software is provided "As Is" and use of such software shall be governed by the terms and conditions as referenced in Appendix A (Third Party Products Additional Licensing Terms & Conditions). In the event the third party's terms and conditions are not referenced in Appendix A, such third party's software is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind and these licensing terms and conditions shall apply to such third party software providers and third party software as if they were Contractor and the Software respectively. County is responsible for reviewing and complying with any licenses necessary to use any such third-party software. Such licenses may be included in Contractor's installation package.
