Third Year of Service. 17.9.3.1 Probationary Unit Members retained after the second year of service shall be evaluated in the fall semester only, except where category placement for the fall semester is CONTRACT CATEGORY B or CONTRACT CATEGORY C, in which case evaluation for the spring semester shall be required.
