Common use of Three-person Crews Clause in Contracts

Three-person Crews. It is understood that in dead wire situations and where a full crew is not available, a two-person TOL crew may be used; whereas in a live wire situation, a minimum of three TOL's must be used except as provided for under 'M' 12.06 above, and 'M' 3.01.4.
