Threshold for Inclusion in Unit. ‌ To be covered by this Agreement, Employees must work fourteen (14) or more hours per week (or thirty-five percent [35%] of the normal work week in the Employee’s bargaining unit) and be employed sixty-seven (67) or more working days in any calendar year. Employees shall be placed in the bargaining unit as soon as the Appointing Authority anticipates that they will work sufficient hours and days to be eligible for bargaining unit inclusion.
