Tie Breaker. If two or more teachers otherwise have equal seniority and one or more is to be honorably dismissed, seniority order shall be determined by, in order: a. Highest earned degree: b. Most credit hours beyond the degree; c. Total teaching experience as indicated on the teacher's service record; d. Decision of the Superintendent.
