Common use of Time Cards and Time Clocks Clause in Contracts

Time Cards and Time Clocks. The Employer shall provide either a time clock or time sheet in order to enable employees to record their time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time as they start and finish work and the time they start and finish meal periods. Where time clocks are not used, time is to be recorded in ink (ball-point pen acceptable). Management agrees to assume its full responsibility in seeing that all employees are compensated for all time worked.
