Time Charges for Employees. On Union Business When the time of employees on Union business is payable by the Union, such time shall be charged at normal rates of pay. The normal payroll burden without the administration charge of ten percent (10%) will be applicable only for Union releases in excess of five consecutive days.

  • Compensation for Employees Employees shall receive compensation at the biweekly or hourly rate for the range and step or flat rate assigned to the class in which they are employed.
