Time Off for Negotiating Meetings. It is agreed that any member of the Committee who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the right to attend meetings held with representatives of the Employer for the purpose of negotiating renewal or amendments to the Agreement. A nurse shall be entitled to remuneration at his/her regular rate of pay for time lost from work while attending such meetings. Such payment shall, however, be limited to the length of the meeting and shall not exceed the amount the nurse would normally have earned for such regular working day.
