Time-off option. The parties to the collective agreement agree that the time-off option in the form established in appendix 1 item 5 will be part of the collective agreements of the years 2016 up to and including 2025.
Time-off option. By concluding a company agreement and individual agreements based on it, the pos- sibility can be created to convert part or all of the actual increase into paid free time. Instead of increa- sing the actual salary or wage, if you make full use of the free time option, you will be entitled to additio- nal free time of 11 hours 20 minutes per month.
