Common use of TIME REIMBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

TIME REIMBURSEMENT. 13.5.1 Unit Members assigned to remote locations that reasonably requires a driving time of more than forty-five (45) minutes, one way from the Employee’s home or the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools (“FCSS”) main building, 0000 Xxx Xxxx, Fresno, California, 93721, whichever is closer to the job site, are entitled to compensating time off, at straight time rate, for each minute the Unit Member is required to travel in excess of forty-five (45) minutes to the initial job site and from the final job site.
