Qualifiers a. Unit Member is at least fifty-eight (58) years of age; and
b. Unit Member has been employed by the FCSS for fifteen (15) consecutive years or more.
Qualifiers. Qualifiers are additional requirements that must be achieved in order to have incentive compensation advanced.
Qualifiers. There will be a three (3) year period of employment before leave is permitted.
Qualifiers. An eligible player will qualify for the Proven Performance Escalator in his fourth League Year if: (1) he participated in a minimum of 35% of his Club’s offensive or defensive plays in any two of his previous three regular seasons; or
Qualifiers a. Unit Member has been employed by FCSS for ten (10) consecutive years or more; or
b. Unit Member has a total of twenty-five (25) years of public school education service in California, with the last five (5) consecutive years of service before retirement with FCSS.
Qualifiers. For purposes of determining the failure of any representations and warranties (other than representations and warranties in Sections 3.12 and 3.14) to be true and correct, the breach of any covenants or agreements and calculating Losses hereunder, any materiality or Material Adverse Effect qualifications in the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements shall be disregarded.
Qualifiers. (i) Team members shall receive eight (8) hours pay for such Paid Holiday providing they work both the regular scheduled work day immediately preceding and the regular scheduled workday immediately following such Paid Holiday, and on such days team members must work as many hours as they are scheduled to work, less two (2).
(ii) Team members who fail to qualify for Holiday Pay under (i) above, shall receive eight (8) hours pay for such Paid Holiday providing they work their last scheduled work day preceding and their first scheduled work day following such Paid Holiday, and on such days team members must work as many hours as they are scheduled to work, less two (2); and have earned wages on at least twelve (12) of the last twenty-eight (28) calendar days immediately preceding the Paid Holiday. The provision outlined in part (ii) herein will apply in those instances in which the team member is absent for any of the following approved reasons. • Vacation • Jury Duty • Bereavement • Suspension • Layoff • Maternity, Parental and/or Adoption Leave • Union Leave • Educational Leave • Personal Leave • Leave Associated with Appointment to Government or Community Agencies • Pre-scheduled Medical Leave
(iii) Team members who agree to work on a Holiday and who without reasonable cause, fail to report for and perform such work, shall be disqualified for Holiday Pay for that day.
(iv) Failure to qualify as outlined in part (i) or (ii) herein, where extenuating circumstances prevail, will be reviewed in a positive manner.
Qualifiers. Prior to being accepted for placement on the Occasional Teachers' List the Occasional Teacher shall select qualifiers as follows:
(i) geographic area or geographic areas;
(ii) division or divisions;
(iii) qualifications for the elementary panel and/or secondary panel; and (iv) days of availability.
Qualifiers. The article shall apply to all currently non-tenured Teachers in the Wilmington School District. Current staff members who are non-tenured will not be impacted by the article the year they begin after receiving tenure.
Qualifiers. (i) An eligible player selected in the second round will qualify for the Level One Proven Performance Escalator in his fourth League Year if: (1) he participated in a minimum of 60% of his Club’s offensive or defensive plays in any two of his first three regular seasons; or (2) he participated in a “cumulative average” of at least 60% of his Club’s offensive or defensive plays over his first three regular seasons (“Cumulative aver- age” means the sum of the total number of offensive or defensive plays in which the player participated over the applicable seasons, divided by the sum of the Club’s offensive or defensive plays during the same seasons. By way of example, if a player participates in 450 of the Club’s 1,000 offensive plays in his first season, 650 of the Club’s 1,000 plays in his second season, and 700 of the Club’s 1,000 plays in his third season for a total of 1,800 plays out of a possible 3,000, the cumulative average would equal 60%).
(ii) An eligible player selected in the third through seventh rounds will qualify for the Level One Proven Performance Escalator in his fourth League Year if: (1) he par- ticipated in a minimum of 35% of his Club’s offensive or defensive plays in any two of his first three regular seasons; or (2) he participated in a “cumulative average” of at least 35% of his Club’s offensive or defensive plays over his first three regular seasons. “Cumulative average” means the sum of the total number of offensive or defensive plays in which the player participated over the applicable seasons, divided by the sum of the Club’s offensive or defensive plays during the same seasons. By way of example, if a player participates in 250 of the Club’s 1,000 offensive plays in his first season, 350 of the Club’s 1,000 plays in his second season, and 450 of the Club’s 1,000 plays in his third season for a total of 1,050 plays out of a possible 3,000, the cumulative average would equal 35%.
