Common use of Time to Process Grievance Clause in Contracts

Time to Process Grievance. Absence from work shall be permitted where it is required in connection with the handling of a grievance provided that permission is received in advance from management. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. Where the grievance requires an Instructor shop xxxxxxx, meetings with management will be arranged by the employer and the shop xxxxxxx at a time where customer service is not disrupted.
