Timing; Location. The performance by Executive of the Advisory Services hereunder shall be at such times and at such locations as Executive and the Company may mutually agree from time to time, it being understood that Executive’s primary work location shall be his primary residence.

Timing; Location. The Executive shall make himself generally available to perform the Services hereunder as requested by the Company. Notwithstanding the above, it is anticipated that the Executive will provide Services not less than an average of one (1) day per week. The Executive agrees to be available to meet with Company management upon request and at such locations as Executive and the Company may agree from time to time. Notwithstanding the above, it is anticipated that Executive will work primarily from home.

  • Closing Location The Closing shall be held at the location designated by the Corporation or, if no such designation is made, at the office of Seller's Attorney.
