Title and Survey Costs. The cost of the Survey, including any revisions necessary to make the Survey conform to the requirements of this Agreement, shall be paid by Purchaser. The premium for the Title Policy shall be paid by Purchaser. The cost of the UCC Searches shall be paid by Purchaser. Fees due Escrow Agent shall be shared equally by Purchaser and Seller.

Title and Survey Costs. Purchaser shall pay the cost of the premium for the Title Policy and any Survey prepared by Purchaser.

Title and Survey Costs. SELLER shall pay: (a) any and all costs (including search charges and premiums) required for the issuance of the Title Binder and continuations and extensions thereof (including any and all updates thereof) and the Title Policy, other than any costs for the issuance of any endorsements; and (b) the costs of the Survey to the extent they exceed $5,000,000. BUYER shall pay: (a) any costs for the issuance of any desired or applicable endorsements to the Title Policy; and (b) any and all costs of the Survey up to $5,000,000.00.
