To Five Weeks Vacation. An employee who has completed or who will complete at least twenty- five (25) years of net credited service during the calendar year shall be entitled to five (5) weeks’ vacation with pay, but only if at least one (1) such week is taken during the months of January, February, March, April, November, or December.
