Tools of Trade. (a) The employer shall provide all tools of trade. (b) An employee may be required to sign a receipt for any tools issued to such employee. (c) An employee who has been provided with facilities to lock up tools at the end of each shift shall be held responsible for the safe custody of tools issued and shall replace or pay for any tools so provided if lost through the employee's negligence.
