Tools, Protective Clothing, Uniforms and Footwear. The Employer will supply employees work tools, protective clothing and footwear as required and in accordance with job requirements. Where protective clothing and uniforms are supplied they must be worn as a condition of employment. Protective clothing and uniforms will be replenished by the Employer on an annual basis. When clothing items or footwear are damaged during the course of work, they will be replaced as requested.
