TOTAL CONTRACT TIME. The design and construction Work to be performed under this contract shall be commenced within ten (10) calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed with the Design Development Phase, shall be substantially completed within three hundred (300) calendar days after date of Notice to Proceed, and shall be finally completed within ten (10) calendar days after the date of substantial completion.

  • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.

  • Total Contract Amount The contract total for services shall not exceed $1,200,000. Pricing shall be per Exhibit F attached.

  • Contract Times The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Part-Time Commitment The Hospital shall not refuse to accept an offer from an employee to make a written commitment to be available for work on a regular predetermined basis solely for the purpose of utilizing casual employees so as to restrict the numbers of regular part-time employees.
