TOW OPERATORS. A. The Towing Agency shall have at least one (1) qualified tow truck operator available twenty-four (24) hours per day except at least two (2) qualified operators must be available each day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

Operators applying for a rotation tow listing must have a minimum of three (3) verifiable years of for-hire towing experience, as an owner or principal, prior to the final filing date of an enrollment period, in order to qualify for a rotation tow listing. PRPD shall determine whether an operator meets the above criteria, based on evidence provided to the PRPD.
