TOW OPERATORS. A. Operators applying for a rotation tow listing must have a minimum of three (3) verifiable years of for-hire towing experience, as an owner or principal, prior to the final filing date of an enrollment period, in order to qualify for a rotation tow listing. PRPD shall determine whether an operator meets the above criteria, based on evidence provided to the PRPD. B. Operators and owners who do not meet the three year verifiable for-hire towing experience may be considered for a position on the PRPD rotation tow list if operator employs a qualified manager, as determined by the PRPD. As used herein, a "qualified manager" means a manager who:
TOW OPERATORS. A. The Towing Agency shall have at least one (1) qualified tow truck operator available twenty-four (24) hours per day except at least two (2) qualified operators must be available each day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. B. The Chief of Police may, in his discretion, waive the requirement that a Towing Agency have a qualified tow truck operator on duty beyond normal business hours (as set forth above) provided that the Towing Agency meets all other requirements and performance standards as set forth herein. However, if the Towing Agency does not have a qualified tow truck operator on duty when it is called in rotation, the Agency will forfeit its turn in rotation and will not again be called upon until all other agencies on the list have been called. C. The Towing Agency hereby agrees that it has, or will have, on its staff and will retain during the term of this Agreement, all required professional personnel necessary to completely and accurately perform the work and services under this Agreement. D. The Towing Agency further agrees to insure that its agents or employees shall possess the training, experience, knowledge and character necessary to qualify them individually for the particular duties they will perform under this Agreement.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers.   • Operator Services Operator Services consist of the following services. (a) Calling card - the Customer dials 0+ or 0 - and provides operator with calling card number for billing purposes. (b) Collect - the Customer dials 0+ or 0 - and asks the operator to bill the call to the called number, provided such billing is accepted by the called number. (c) Third number billed - the Customer dials 0+ or 0- and asks the operator to bill the call to a different number than the calling or called number. The operator will key the IXC’s digit carrier identification code to route the Customer to the requested IXC’s point of termination. (f) BLV - Service in which operator verifies a busy condition on a line. (g) BLVI - service in which operator, after verifying a busy line, interrupts the call in progress.

  • BUYER'S FACILITIES 1. Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry. 2. Seller shall not approve sale of gas on an interruptible basis to Buyer until and unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has, or will, install adequate stand-by facilities to meet its full fuel requirements during periods of sustained interruptions. 3. Seller shall not approve sales of gas to Buyer unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has not, or will not interconnect downstream fuel piping of natural gas for use in different priority-of• service categories.
