TOW OPERATORS. 1. Operators must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations when engaged in rotation towing.
TOW OPERATORS. A. The Towing Agency shall have at least one (1) qualified tow truck operator available twenty-four (24) hours per day except at least two (2) qualified operators must be available each day between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

Operators applying for a rotation tow listing must have a minimum of three (3) verifiable years of for-hire towing experience, as an owner or principal, prior to the final filing date of an enrollment period, in order to qualify for a rotation tow listing.
