This charge includes all fees and first 24 hrs. storage, except for the following authorized charges for additional services provided. $ 75.00 / Winching/Uprighting charges (Heavy Winching/Uprighting $115.00) $ 20.00 / Per bag or partial bag of oil dry used (charge noted shall be billed equally to all parties. Example: $20.00 charge for 1 bag of oil dry at 4 vehicle collision. Towing and Storage Services. A. Contractor will be responsible for removing all requested Vehicles in a Police Tow. Unless there is an exception stated in this Agreement, contract fees apply to all Police Tows. B. All tows which are the result of a contractor being summoned to a location by a Police Officer are considered Police Tows, unless the Contractor is advised that the tow is a Private Tow. Contractor is not obligated to charge contract fees for Private Tows. C. Contractor will sweep the street of glass and debris at accident scenes. D. Contractor will tow all Vehicles held for forfeiture without charge. In addition, the City will not be charged storage fees for up to 10 Vehicles concurrently held for forfeiture. If more than 10 Vehicles are concurrently being held for forfeiture, Contractor may choose to continue to store the additional Vehicle(s) without charge. If the Contractor chooses to charge storage fees on any additional Vehicle(s) held for forfeiture, the Contractor will provide 10 days written notice to the City, after which, unless such additional Vehicle(s) are removed by the City, the City will be charged contract rates. E. Contractor will tow all City-owned disabled Vehicles without charge.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR.
