Additional Services Provided. The Adviser agrees (i) to prepare all required tax returns of the Trust and each Fund, (ii) to prepare and submit reports to existing shareholders, (iii) to update periodically the prospectuses and statements of additional information of the Trust and (iv) to prepare reports to be filed with the SEC and other regulatory authorities. In each case, the Adviser may cause a sub-adviser to perform such duties.
Additional Services Provided. ChildPlus agrees to provide a one-time, basic data import (including demographic for families, community resources, and personnel) to new clients for a cost of $2,500. User may request to receive an exhaustive list of fields included in the basic data import.
Additional Services Provided. 11.1 The Manager shall, at the request of the Owner, provide the services listed hereinafter, at the rates of compensation set beside each specified service. The Manager will, however, advise the Owner to the best of his ability on all matters pertaining to the ownership of the Property from time to time as may be required, at no additional charge to the fee for management outlined in sub clause 10.2 herein. The rates of compensation outlined for additional services provided in section 12 are only payable in the event of work actually being performed by the Manager on the Owner's behalf.

Additional Services Provided. Landlord shall provide the following services to Tenant at the times and in the manner provided to other tenants of the Building. The cost of these services, unless indicated otherwise, shall be included in Operating Expenses, as defined in Article 2.5.
(a) janitorial service for Building Common Areas only;
(b) electrical and gas service;
(c) heating and air conditioning services;
(d) fire, casualty and general liability Building insurance, together with rent insurance in such sums as may be determined by Landlord;
(e) water and sewer services;
(f) all exterior maintenance;
(g) trash service;
(h) parking lot upkeep;
(i) all Common Area maintenance and related taxes and insurance;
(j) real property taxes.
Additional Services Provided. Nothing in this agreement prohibits the Town or the sewer department from assisting each other as they have done on a regular basis. This agreement does not prohibit either party from providing additional services to each other on a temporary basis. Any long term provision of additional financial accounting services or human resource services should be included in an amended version of this agreement. i. Repair, maintenance, and programming of MCC7500 / MCC7500E Console radio equipment on 24x7 coverage schedule.
j. Items included are: Operator Equipment (VPM / AIM. Computer, LCD display, Headset jack, and foot pedal), MCC network equipment (Router, switch and wiring), as applicable.
k. Items excluded are: Headset, Wireless headset system, and commercial leased T1/Ethernet service and equipment. PPRCN Provided network link equipment.
l. Installation or relocation of additional, replacement of existing CentraCom equipment is not included, but may be provided on a fee-for-service basis.
