Township Department Personnel Files. A member's personnel file shall be kept under the control of the Director of Public Safety. The Township shall not allow anyone other than the Fire Fighters of the Township to read, view, have a copy of, or in any way pursue in whole or in part, a member's personnel file or any confidential document which may become part of his/her file except as provided by statute.
