Make the VIS available in another languagges or formats (for example, Spanish) for clients for whome when needed (e,g, when English is not a patient’stheir primary language or for thosewho needing the VIS in an alternate formatbraille.) LPHAs documenting vaccine administration electronically must demonstrate the ability to override a VIS date in their EHR system. , if there are significant numbers of individuals seeking vaccines for whom English is not their first language. Outreach and Education. LPHA must, during the state fiscal year, design and implement two educational or outreach activities in LPHA’s Service Area (either singly or in collaboration with other community and service provider organizations) for parents and/or private vaccine providers designed to raise childhood and/or adult immunization rates. These educational and outreach activities may include activities intended to reduce barriers to immunization, but may not includeor special immunization clinics that provide vaccine for flu prevention or school xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx children or flu prevention.

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review.   • Xxxxxx and Recall 1. When the Board determines to reduce the number of positions in one or more classifications covered by this agreement because of decreased enrollment of pupils, suspension of schools, territorial changes, lack of work, return to duty of an employee from a leave of absence, or financial reasons, the Board shall follow the procedure set forth in this Section. 2. The Board shall determine in which classification the layoffs should occur and the number of employees to be laid off. 3. The Board shall lay off employees in the affected classification on the basis of reverse seniority in that classification. Seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service as a regular employee of the Board of Education. 4. The names of laid off employees shall be kept on a recall list by classification until for two years maximum. If the Board determines to fill any position in a classification during this period of time, the Board must offer the position to the most senior employee on the recall list for that classification. The offer of recall shall be made by written notice sent to the employee at his most recent address on record by certified mail. It is the employee's responsibility to keep the Board informed of his up to date address. The employee shall have seven (7) days after the notice is mailed to accept the offer of recall and report to work. If he does not report during such seven-day period, his name shall be eliminated from the recall list and the employment relationship between him and the Board shall cease. If the first employee on the recall list for a classification does not accept the recall, the Board shall offer the position to the next most senior employee from that classification on the recall list by the procedure outlined in this Section, and so on, until the position is filled. Any employee who resigns after receiving the notice provided in Division 4 of this Section, shall be entitled, upon request, to be placed upon the recall list and shall have same recall rights as if laid off. 5. For purposes of this Section, the following classifications will be used. 1. Bus Driver 9. Bus Aide 2. Bus Mechanic 10. Head Cook 3. Building Maintenance 11. Cafeteria Worker

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Monitoring and Reporting The Programme Operator shall monitor, record and report on progress towards the programme’s outcomes in accordance with the provisions contained in the legal framework. The Programme Operator shall ensure that suitable and sufficient monitoring and reporting arrangements are made with the project promoters in order to enable the Programme Operator and the National Focal Point to meet its obligations to the Donors. When reporting on progress achieved in Annual and Final Programme Reports, the Programme Operator shall disaggregate results achieved as appropriate and in accordance with instructions received from the FMO.

  • Felling and Bucking Felling shall be done to minimize breakage of Included Timber and dam- age to residual timber. Unless agreed otherwise, felling shall be done by saws or shears. Insofar as ground conditions, tree lean, and shape of clearings per- mit, trees shall be felled so that their tops do not extend outside Clearcutting Units, construction clearings, and ar- eas of regeneration cutting. Stumps shall not exceed, on the side adjacent to the highest ground, the maximum heights set forth in A6, except that occasional stumps of greater heights are acceptable when Purchaser determines that they are necessary for safe and efficient conduct of logging. Unless otherwise agreed, Purchaser shall re-cut high stumps so they will not exceed heights specified in A6 and shall dispose of severed portions in the same manner as other logging debris. The xxxxx heights shown in A6 were selected with the objective of maximum reasonable utilization of the timber, unless Sale Area Map shows special areas where xxxxx heights are lower for aesthetic, land treatment, or silvicultural rea- sons.

  • Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal. Seller shall access by selecting the “Enterprise ASN Instructions” hyper-link under the header “Exostar Resources”. A copy of these instructions can also be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
