Trade Confirmations and Statements. Trade Confirmations A trade confirmation will be sent to you after each Transaction as required by the Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations. If you do not object in writing to the accuracy of a trade confirmation within 15 days after it is sent to you, you will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the confirmation as accurate. Non-receipt or late receipt of a trade confirmation will not relieve you of your obligation to settle all Transactions on the settlement date or to maintain margin, if applicable. Statements An Account statement will be sent to you as required by the Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations. If you do not object in writing to the accuracy of an Account statement within 15 days after it is sent to you, you will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the statement as accurate.
Trade Confirmations and Statements. 12.1. Unless we have agreed otherwise we will send you a Trade Confirmation in respect of each Trade executed between us. The absence of a Trade Confirmation will not affect the validity of any Trade.
