Tradesmen. a) Effective July 1, 1994, a twenty-nine cents (29¢) increase to certified trades categories so that the total ticket premium will be fifty cents (50¢) per hour. b) The rates resulting from the application of the above premium and the conversion percentage herein will be rounded as follows: 0 to .249 down to the nearest cent .250 to .749 to the nearest half-cent .750 to .999 up to the nearest cent
