Supervision Allowance. 1. In the event of school district buses arriving prior to 8:30 a.m., the Board shall provide a lay supervisor.

Supervision Allowance. Employees holding the rank of Maintenance II required to supervise other employees shall receive their normal rate for the first three (3) employees, including themselves, and then ten cents ($.10) per hour for each group of two (2) further employees or part thereof.

Supervision Allowance. An allowance of $2.35 per ordinary or reasonable additional hour worked will be paid where an employee is required to act as a Supervisor with the following responsibilities: • Is in charge of employees where an existing Macweld Supervisor is absent from the site and; • Is responsible for the implementation of Macweld Industries Pty. Ltd. safety systems including hazard identification and control and; • Is responsible for the implementation of Macweld Industries Pty. Ltd. quality assurance systems and; • Is responsible for compliance to all relevant standards.

Teachers may be paid up to a total of fourteen (14) hours at the professional rate for any combination of the following activities: ● Up to seven (7) hours setting up teacher workspace and preparing for the school year on the two days immediately prior to the start of the school year. ● Up to seven (7) hours to wrap up at the end of the year on the two days immediately following the end of the school year. ● Any supervision duty including, but not limited to: arrival, dismissal, lunchroom, field trips outside of normal school hours, sporting events, etc.
