Supervision Allowance. 1. In the event of school district buses arriving prior to 8:30 a.m., the Board shall provide a lay supervisor.
2. In the following rural schools: - Buick Creek Elementary, Upper Halfway Elementary and Wonowon Elementary Schools:
a. Where buses arrive prior to 8:30 a.m., and no lay person is available, requiring a teacher to provide the supervision, the teacher shall receive an annual allowance of $1,100.
b. Where no lay person is available and a teacher is required to provide the supervision duties during the noon intermission, the teacher shall receive an annual allowance of $2,200.
Supervision Allowance. (a) Where an employee is required to supervise other employees, the employee will be paid a supervision allowance according to the number of employees supervised, as follows: One to five employees $42.39 Six to 10 employees $48.91 11 to 20 employees $63.48 Over 20 employees $74.93
Supervision Allowance. Employees holding the rank of Maintenance II required to supervise other employees shall receive their normal rate for the first three (3) employees, including themselves, and then ten cents ($.10) per hour for each group of two (2) further employees or part thereof.

Supervision Allowance. The employer of an employee who is required to supervise other employees must pay the employee a supervision allowance according to the number of employees supervised as follows:
