Traffic Forecasts. The traffic forecasts provided by Operator B shall include at least the following information: Annual Forecasted Traffic # Roamers Duration (Mins OG) Events (SMS/MO) GPRS (MB) Annex 6 - DATA PRIVACY WIND Hellas is subject to compliance with the data protection or confidentiality of communications’ laws and regulations of the Greek State. Indicatively, these include: • The data protection legal framework (Acts no. 2472/1997, 3471/2006, 3783/2009, 3917/2011 along with the relevant Presidential Decrees and Ministerial Decisions), as each time in force and effect, and the regulations and decisions of the Greek Data Protection Authority. • The legal framework for the confidentiality of communications (Acts no. 2225/1994, 3115/2003, Greek Criminal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure along with the relevant Presidential Decrees and Ministerial Decisions), as each time in force and effect, and the regulations and decisions of the Greek Authority for the Protection of the Confidentiality of Communications. Annex 7 - FRAUD PREVENTION PROCEDURES The Parties shall implement fraud prevention procedures as specified by the GSM Association within XXXX Binding PRD BA.20. Both Circuit Switched (CS) Services and Packet Switched (PS) Services will be provided in the TD 35 files. Both Parties agree that the implementation of the NRTRDE procedure will begin on a date mutually agreed by the Parties in writing, through a Commercial Launch Letter, signed by both parties (such date being the “NRTRDE Date”). The parties shall send HUR until NRTRDE is implemented respectively. The liability to the present HUR process will still be applicable until NRTRDE is implemented by both parties, even in the case of B.A.20 update by the GSMA from time to time.
Traffic Forecasts. 7.1. Upon registering its request for Wholesale Resale Roaming Access Operator B shall provide forecasts of all voice, SMS and data traffic expected by its roaming customers for the first 12 months after the Commercial Starting Date. Thereafter, Operator B shall provide 12 months period forecasts on a rolling basis of every six months. The traffic forecasts mentioned above shall have as a minimum the information listed in Annex 5. Traffic forecasts shall be used by WIND HELLAS for sufficient planning and provision of necessary resources and efficient dimensioning of its service in order to meet relevant capacity requirements.
Traffic Forecasts. The City of Burbank’s Travel Demand Model will be used to inform the traffic forecasts for the No Project and plus Project scenarios. As part of the No Project traffic forecast, the Future scenarios will include traffic assignments for all cumulative projects identified by the City, those currently undergoing environmental review, entitled but not yet constructed, and under construction but not yet open. Project trip distribution would be developed based on distribution data to be obtained from the City’s travel demand forecasting model for the traffic analysis zone containing the project site. Using this data, a project- specific distribution pattern would be developed and used to assign project traffic. Scope of Services A series of traffic projections would be developed: > Existing > Existing plus Project > Future No Project > Future plus Project
Traffic Forecasts. Customer shall provide to SAP reasonable forecasts of proposed Email traffic volumes, including peak hour, monthly and quarterly volumes during implementation and as requested by SAP. Where the actual Email traffic exceeds 120% of the forecasted volume (“Burst”) SAP may suspend the SAP Intelligent Notification 365 Service until the Email traffic is again compliant with the forecasted volume.
Traffic Forecasts for each BT Switch Connection shall be prepared by the Operator being the aggregate of the Traffic Types listed in Table A of this Annex for which the Operator is stated to have the responsibility as defined in paragraph 5.1.3.
Traffic Forecasts. If requested by Motricity, Client shall provide Motricity with a written good-faith traffic forecast every 60 days. Each forecast must include total expected monthly query volume, and peak hour query volume.
Traffic Forecasts. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will conduct up to five future year scenario model runs for the Client. Loaded network information will be delivered to the Client in both TransCAD and ESRI GIS database format. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will also provide PDF outputs showing volumes, link volume-to-capacity ratios, and other data outputs the model may produce as directed by the Client.
Traffic Forecasts. Traffic forecasts are used for the planning of sufficient switching and transmission capacity. Traffic forecasts shall be prepared and supplied by one Party to the other Party on the following basis: The Parties shall forecast all outgoing traffic of each type, to the other Party's System for a period of one year at intervals of six (6) months for each POI. These forecasts shall be made for the route busy hour. The first forecast shall be supplied within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date and thereafter on the 1st April and 1st October every year. All traffic forecasts shall be in terms of Busy Hour Call Attempts and Busy Hour Erlangs. For these forecasts, time consistent busy hour of the exchange and routes shall be determined.
Traffic Forecasts. Current Conditions Based on the data collected/reviewed, the consultant shall develop baseline (2018) traffic information for multiple scenarios: no-build and build. The consultant shall provide peak season and Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) volume projections including morning and evening peaks, movements and directions, design hourly volumes (DHV), peak hour factor (PHF) and traffic composition (i.e., passenger cars, trucks, buses, or recreational vehicles).
Traffic Forecasts. The State has completed traffic forecasting for the design year and traffic forecasts will be furnished to the Contractor. No supplemental traffic counts or forecasting are required.
