When such base flight crew training is performed in BLAGNAC, FRANCE, the Seller shall provide free-of-charge line maintenance, including servicing, preflight checks and changing of minor components, subject to conditions agreed in the present agreement. In the event of it being necessary to ferry the Buyer’s delivered Aircraft to the location where the base flight training shall take place, the additional flight time required for the ferry flight to and/or from the base training field shall not be deducted from the base flight training allowance.

Lessor may use temporary flight crewmembers for a flight under this Agreement only if any such temporary crewmember is FlightSafety (or SimuFlite) trained, is current on the Aircraft and satisfies all of the requirements and conditions under the insurance coverage for the Aircraft. All flight crewmembers shall be included on any insurance policies that Lessor is required to maintain hereunder.
