Training During Normal Working Hours. An employee required by the Company to take training during his/her normal working hours will be paid his/her regular rate of pay while in training. Training Outside Normal Working Hours - An employee required by the company to take training outside his/her normal working hours will be compensated at his/her regular rate of pay while in training. Voluntary Training - Where training facilities are provided by the company on a voluntary basis, an employee taking advantage of such training will not be compensated. Where required by the Company or one of its customers, drivers will be paid to attend a first aid course not exceeding eight (8) hours.
