Common use of Training & Education Fund Clause in Contracts

Training & Education Fund. (a) _Effective October 12, 2006, the Employer agrees to contribute five (5) cents per hour to the Local 1 75 and 633, United Food and Commercial Workers Union, for all hours paid and worked by all full-time and part-time employees. (b) The Employer shall forward the contributions every four (4) weeks to the Union and shall include a list of employees, the number of hours paid and worked by each employee during each four (4) week period.

Training & Education Fund. (a) _Effective October 121, 20061989, the Employer agrees to contribute five (5) cents per hour to the Local 1 75 175 and 633, United Food and Commercial Workers Union, for all hours paid and worked by all full-time and part-time employees, to a maximum o f one dollar and ninety cents ($1.90) per week per employee. (b) The Employer shall forward the contributions every four (4) weeks to the Union and shall include a list of employees, the number of hours paid and worked by each employee during each four (4) week period.

(b) All regular hours worked is defined in Article 26.03(b). The Employer shall forward the contributions every four (4) weeks to the Union and shall include a list of employees, the number of hours paid and worked by each employee during each four (4) week period.four
