Common use of Training Premium Clause in Contracts

Training Premium. In classroom training situations, where an employee who does not have responsibility for conducting training as part of his defined job duties is assigned to conduct such training, he shall be paid a premium of five percent (5%) of his normal hourly rate for all time spent in instruction.
