Reporting Late. Any employee who for good reason is unable to report for work at the specified time shall at the Supervisor's discretion be allowed to commence work 15, 30, or 60 minutes late.
Reporting Late. (a) An Operator reporting late may be used on any assignment including Report. An Operator shall forfeit seniority rights for the day but shall be used on assignments open after a choice has been made by persons on Report.
(b) Persons assigned as Report shall be given first selection of assignment, selection to be made by 9:00 a.m.
(c) In all cases, selection shall be governed by the payment of overtime involved.
Reporting Late. It is expected that employees report to work on time. Employees who report late for their shift shall not be deducted any pay for a period of less than five (5) minutes. Pay will be deducted for periods of lateness of five (5) minutes or more.
Reporting Late. Employees reporting late shall make every attempt to notify their immediate supervisor that the employee will be reporting late. Employees reporting late shall sign-in/clock in and report in at the main office in each building upon arrival.
Reporting Late. Any employee who reports late or leaves early from his/her shift will have the determination of whether he/she worked an overlapping shift, or a regular shift made on the basis of the actual hours worked.

Absent extenuating circumstances acceptable to the Employer, employees who report to work more than twenty (20) minutes late without previous notice to, and permission given by, the Superintendent of Schools or Supervisor will not be permitted to work and will forfeit that day’s pay.
Reporting Late. (a) If an employee reports late for work and arrives by the end of their report time, the employee shall be given their work back. If an employee reports late for work and arrives after their report time has ended, and their work has been started by a report employee, the report employee shall be given the choice to keep the work or return it to the employee reporting late. If the report employee chooses to keep the work, the employee reporting late shall be offered any available work that cannot be covered by the Spareboard at that time.
(b) An employee reporting late who arrives after their report time has ended shall forfeit seniority rights for the day but shall be used on assignments open. There may not be work available for the employee reporting late. Late is defined as not being signed-in at the transit facility at your scheduled report time.
(c) Employees arriving late, not completing their shift, or booking off shall have their guarantee reduced by the actual amount of time missed.

Reporting Late. An employee reporting late (tardy) will not be permitted to work beyond the end of his/her regularly scheduled shift unless an overtime requirement exists and he/she would properly be scheduled to work.

Lists will be posted annually (or more often) permitting choice of shifts on a seniority basis, competency considered. The wages of four (4) Union Representatives will be paid by the Employer for the purpose of participating in and operating duty sign-ups. The basis of payment for the Representatives will be nine (9) hours at straight-time.
