2.7 Before the first hand-over of the workplace, SE is obliged to deliver the “Training on site“. SE will provide the Contractor with all the available information regarding the actual working and safety risks specific for the particular workplace. SE shall record completed training in the Logbookpursuant to clause 6.19 or in the Book of training records.
2.8 The duty to provide the Training on site passes to the Contractor in further hand-over of the workplace, or its part thereof during the progress of works. The same principles as in the first hand-over shall be applied. The next hand-over of the workplace means any other hand-over when there is a change of the managing person responsible for managing works at the relevant workplace. Providing that the Contractor fails to deliver the On- site training (cannot prove it with a document on attending training with the signatures of participants), SE is entitled to claim the penalty from the Contractor amounting to EUR 700 for each detected case of duty violation.

2.2 Nuclear Power Plants (Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce – EMO and Nuclear Power Plant Jaslovské Bohunice – EBO)
2.2.1 Workers of the Contractor are obliged to complete the following trainings depending on the character of the activities performed on SE premises:
a) The purpose Contractor´s workers performing works in sectors 3, 4, 5, or 6 of Nuclear Power Plants (hereinafter as “NPP”) shall pass introductory paid training in ŠVS VUJE Trnava before entering the NPP. The organisation performing the “introductory training“ (ŠVS VUJE, or the NPP) shall issue to the successful trainee a document about completing the introductory training.
b) The Contractor´s workers performing - the foreign Contractor´s workers performing works in sectors 1 to 6 shall pass the “introductory training” at EBO or EMO. The training is coordinated by NPP Personnel Training Unit and is free of charge.
c) Workers of the Contractor executing contractual performance in NPP controlled zone shall pass also “training to access the controlled NPP zone” in radiation protection rules, completed by a written examination. The training is coordinated by the Radiation Protection Division and is free of charge.
d) Contractor's managers shall pass “Contractor's managers’ training” within determined deadlines, as a rule, before the first overhaul in the respective year. Throughout the year they shall pass the training based on the actual needs and requirements of SE. The training is coordinated by the Personnel Training Unit and is free of charge. Passing of the training in NPP is a condition to obtain include the general capability to perform activities training participant in the premises of MO34; the training is focused at specific conditions of performing contractual works in the premises and workplaces of MO34. The training consists list of the following topics: OHSContractor’s managers. Consequently, FPthe Contractor shall provably train other his workers on topics being trained, Security on the basis of NPP premises, Quality assurance system, Emergency Planning and Readiness, Environmental protection and Orientation at the construction sitedocuments provided by SE.

2.6 2.3 Thermal power plants (Power Plant Nováky – ENO, Power Plant Vojany – EVO )
2.3.1 The trainings are provided by SE at ENO and EVO. The trainings are entitled to carry out repeatedly, at least once every 12 months, the verification of knowledge focused on specific conditions of the Contractor's personnel pursuant to clause 2.1, obtained during entry clearance coursePerformance in the respective plant of thermal power plants (hereinafter as “TPP”).
2.7 Before 2.3.2 SE shall issue a document on completing the first hand-over introductory training to the trainee.
2.4 Hydro Power Plants (Trenčín HPP)
2.4.1 All Contractor’s Workers entering hydro power plants (HPP) shall be obliged to pass an introductory training (not later than a week before accession to the workplace in HPP). The training shall be provided by SE at the seat of the workplace, SE is obliged to deliver the “Training on site“.
