Common use of Transaction of Association Business Clause in Contracts

Transaction of Association Business. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt the assigned duties of the teachers. Any representative of the Association who is not an employee of the Board shall upon entering the building first report to the building principal. If such representative requests to meet with a teacher, such a meeting shall be held only before school, after school, or during the teacher's duty free lunch period or unassigned periods, unless otherwise waived by that building principal.
