Transfer of Existing Employees. Existing employees who transfer to an Instructor position will be placed at Step 0 on the Instructor section of the Salary Placement Schedule unless they have previous certificate/licensed teaching experience (see Appendix CSection C for this schedule). All other existing employees who transfer to a new job classification position will be given fifteen cents ($0.15) per hour up to twenty (20) years on the listed rates for each year of service on either the Hourly Employees or Salaried Employees sections of the Salary Placement Schedule (see Appendix C – Section D, 1 and Section D, 2 for these schedules). APPENDIX “C” No employee moving from position to position will lose their program seniority and years of service for benefit purposes. In addition, no annual salary or hourly rate shall be paid below any state minimum salary or hourly rate provided for under Ohio law or regulations.

  • Transfer of Employees 4.16 At least three (3) regular work days' notice shall be given to the Union and the employees before workers are transferred from one reporting headquarters to another reporting headquarters. Upon failure to give three (3) days' notice, as stated above, the Employer shall pay one (1) additional day's subsistence for each day notice is not given, as defined in paragraph 5.2 to the existing shop headquarters.
