Transfer statements b. Master schedules will be posted in each building three (3) working days prior to teachers completing declaration forms. Completed schedules will be established by the scheduling assistant principal and department chair with input from the department members in the high school. The middle/junior high school principal with the input from the BLT will establish the middle/junior high school schedule. During the preferencing/selection process at the secondary level, the teacher with the highest system seniority working in or returning to a school or department shall pick a completed schedule for next year's assignment. The next most senior teacher in that department/area shall then select a completed schedule and so on down to the least senior teacher in that department/area that is able to hold at least 4/6 or 5/7 in a schedule in the middle/junior high school and a 11/15 of a trimester schedule in the high school. (There is to be no more than one (1) partial schedule per department.) A selection shall be considered a complete schedule of classes.
