Wage Schedule The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.
Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.
Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule.
(B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void.
(C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.
PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.
Pricing Schedule 7.1. The Pricing Schedule sets out details of the pricing of the Services.
7.2. The prices in the Pricing Schedule are not to be increased for the period of the Contract.
7.3. Accordingly, the Service Provider may not unilaterally increase the prices in the Pricing Schedule. But nothing in the Contract prevents the Service Provider from improving on the prices in the Pricing Schedule for the purposes of a particular Order.
Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.
Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.
Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.
