Transfers – Float Day Eligibility. An employee who transfers to a full-time regular or full-time contract position with benefits, who commences the position prior to June 30th in the calendar year shall be entitled to one (1) float holiday. An employee who transfers to a full-time regular or full-time contract position with benefits on July 1st or after shall not be entitled to a float holiday.
