Transition to Elementary School. The Head Start staff shall assist and support parents with transitioning their children to kindergarten by organizing and participating in activities that ease the transition to kindergarten. The SUB-RECIPIENT District shall provide assessment documentation to the transitioning elementary school only with written consent from the parent.
