Transition to Kindergarten. The school district provides Kindergarten screenings. The EOP Birth to Five School Readiness Program is involved with the School Readiness Project that assesses students’ school readiness skills and shares information with LEAs. The EOP Birth to Five School Readiness Program helps prepare parents for transition through a Transition Plan (on file for transition). The Elmira Heights School District will review all CPSE children for CSE eligibility in June.

Transition to Kindergarten. Catholic Charities Community Services, Inc. Westside Head Start and Peoria Unified School District will work together to promote continuity of services and effective transitions from Head Start to Kindergarten to support children and their families. Transition activities between both programs will occur to include preschool and Kindergarten Instructional Staff, parents/guardians and any other Head Start and Elementary school staff as appropriate. Specific activities will be outlined by each classroom regarding the needs of the children and families to help parents understand the instructional and other services provided by the school in which their child will enroll after participation in the Head Start program.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines.
