Translation for the Purposes of International Publication. (a) Where the language in which the international application is filed is not a language of publication and no translation is required under Rule 12.3(a), the applicant shall, within 14 months from the priority date, furnish to the receiving Office a translation of the international application into any language of publication which the receiving Office accepts for the purposes of this paragraph. (b) Paragraph (a) shall not apply to the request nor to any sequence listing part of the description. (c) Where the applicant has not, within the time limit referred to in paragraph (a), furnished a translation required under that paragraph, the receiving Office shall invite the applicant to furnish the required translation, and to pay, where applicable, the late furnishing fee required under paragraph (e), within 16 months from the priority date. Any translation received by the receiving Office before that Office sends the invitation under the previous sentence shall be considered to have been received before the expiration of the time limit under paragraph (a). (d) Where the applicant has not, within the time limit under paragraph (c), furnished the required translation and paid any required late furnishing fee, the international application shall be considered withdrawn and the receiving Office shall so declare. Any translation and any payment received by the receiving Office before that Office makes the declaration under the previous sentence and before the expiration of 17 months from the priority date shall be considered to have been received before the expiration of that time limit. (e) The furnishing of a translation after the expiration of the time limit under paragraph (a) may be subjected by the receiving Office to the payment to it, for its own benefit, of a late furnishing fee equal to 25% of the international filing fee referred to in item 1 of the Schedule of Fees, not taking into account any fee for each sheet of the international application in excess of 30 sheets.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Review of Public Disclosures All SEC filings (including, without limitation, all filings required under the Exchange Act, which include Forms 10-Q and 10-QSB, 10-K and 10K-SB, 8-K, etc) and other public disclosures made by the Company, including, without limitation, all press releases, investor relations materials, and scripts of analysts meetings and calls, shall be reviewed and approved for release by the Company’s attorneys and, if containing financial information, the Company’s independent certified public accountants.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Approval for Publishing The Author shall proofread the page proofs for the Contribution provided by or on behalf of the Publisher, including checking the illustrations as well as any media, social or functional enhancements and give approval for publishing, if and when requested by the Publisher. The Author’s approval for publishing is deemed to have been given if the Author does not respond within a reasonable period of time (as determined by the Publisher) after receiving the proofs nor contacts the Publisher within three days after receipt of the last of three reminders sent by the Publisher via email. The Publisher shall not be required to send a second set of corrected proofs unless specifically requested by the Author in writing but in any event no further amendments may be made or requested by the Author. In the event of co-authors having entered into this Agreement the Publisher shall send the page proofs to the Corresponding Author only and all persons entering into this Agreement as Author agree that the Corresponding Author shall correct and approve the page proofs on their behalf. If the Author makes changes other than correcting typographical errors, the Author shall bear all the Publisher's costs of such alterations to proofs including without limitation to alterations to pictorial illustrations. The Publisher shall have the right to charge and invoice these costs plus value added or similar taxes (if applicable) through its affiliated company Springer Nature Customer Service Center GmbH or Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC, respectively, to the Author, payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

  • PUBLICATION AND PUBLICITY The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall not for any reason whatsoever communicate to any third party in any manner whatsoever concerning any of its CONTRACT work product, its conduct under the CONTRACT, the results or data gathered or processed under this CONTRACT, which includes, but is not limited to, reports, computer information and access, drawings, studies, notes, maps and other data prepared by and for the CONSULTANT under the terms of this CONTRACT, without prior written approval from the COMMISSION, unless such release or disclosure is required by judicial proceeding. The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall immediately refer any third party who requests such information to the COMMISSION and shall also report to the COMMISSION any such third party inquiry. This Article shall not apply to information in whatever form that comes into the public domain, nor shall it restrict the CONSULTANT from giving notices required by law or complying with an order to provide information or data when such order is issued by a court, administrative agency or other authority with proper jurisdiction, or if it is reasonably necessary for the CONSULTANT to defend itself from any suit or claim. All approved releases of information, findings, and recommendations shall include a disclaimer provision and all published reports shall include that disclaimer on the cover and title page in the following form: The opinions, findings, and conclusions in this publication are those of the author(s) and not necessarily those of the Mississippi Department of Transportation, Mississippi Transportation Commission, the State of Mississippi or the Federal Highway Administration.

  • PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS The Parties acknowledge that the District is required to publish the Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to the District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows: A. Within seven (7) days of receipt of such document, the District shall submit a copy to the Comptroller for publication on the Comptroller’s Internet website; B. The District shall provide on its website a link to the location of those documents posted on the Comptroller’s website; C.
