Transmission Service Revenues. (a) The Companies shall share transmission service revenues obtained from the use of the transmission facilities that comprise the Transmission System in accordance with Schedule A to this Agreement. Transmission service revenues are those revenues received for service provided under the Open Access Transmission Tariff. The Companies’ annual transmission revenue requirements are shown on Schedule B to this Agreement and shall be revised whenever there is a change to the annual transmission revenue requirements in Attachment H to the Open Access Transmission Tariff or a change to the annual transmission revenue requirements underlying the rates set forth in Schedules 7 and 8 to the Open Access Transmission Tariff. Future revisions to the transmission revenue requirements ratios set forth in Schedule B will be made by the Companies’ making an appropriate filing with the Commission, if required by law. Such changes shall become effective as of the date accepted or approved by the Commission, subject to refund if the Commission so orders.

Transmission Service Revenues. (a) The Companies shall share all OATT transmission service revenues obtained from the use of the Intertransmission Facilities that comprise the Alliant Energy Operating Companiestransmission system in proportion to their respective Company Transmission Revenue Requirements as shown on Schedule G. Schedule G shall be revised whenever there is a change to the Annual Transmission Revenue Requirements that results in a change in a Company’s Annual Transmission Revenue Requirement Percent, as set out in Schedule G. Schedule 14 revenues shall be distributed to the Companies as allocated by an RTO.
Transmission Service Revenues. (a) The Companies shall share all transmission service revenues obtained from the use of the intertransmission facilities that comprise the IEC transmission system in proportion to their respective Company Transmission Revenue Requirements as shown on Schedule G. The Schedule G Annual Transmission Revenue Requirements shall be revised whenever there is a change to the Annual Transmission Revenue Requirements in Attachment H to the IEC Open Access Transmission Tariff. (b) Revenues received for third-party use of Direct Assignment Facilities shall be distributed to the Companies owning such facilities. (c) The distribution to the Companies of revenues received for stranded costs received from third-party customers under the OATT shall be determined on a case-by-case basis. (d) The distribution to the Companies of revenues received for new facilities and redispatch costs received from third-party customers under the OATT shall be determined on a case-by-case basis. 7.04 Communications All communications by the Companies with the Transmission Services Organization concerning the use of the transmission system shall be through the Open Access Same Time Information System. This restriction does not apply to communications concerning (1) system operating problems; (2) emergency conditions; (3) the Network Operating Agreement and the status of a Company=s particular contracted for transaction; and (4) confidential or proprietary information. 7.05 Network Transmission Service Reservation (a) Each Company shall join in a single reservation for Network Integration Transmission Service, to be submitted by Services to the TSO. (b) Each Company=s Network Loads shall be the Company Demand as defined in Section 2.09. (c) Each Company=s Network Resources shall be the Generating Units and Purchased Power Contracts as permitted by Section 30.1 of the Open Access Transmission Tariff, as reflected in Schedule B. (d) Services shall act as Customer Agent for the Companies for all transmission and ancillary service-related actions under the OATT. (e) Services shall bill xxxh of the Companies on a Load Ratio Share basis for the amount due to the TSO in each month for Network Services. Payment for other services under the OATT may be directly assigned to a specific Company. 7.06 Point-to-Point Transmission Services (a) Each Company shall enter into PTP Capacity Reservations, with Services acting as Agent, for all Load Responsibility that is not included in Company Peak Demand. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Computer Transmission The Custodian is able to accept transmissions sent from the Fund’s computer facilities to the Custodian’s computer facilities. If the Fund determines to use its proprietary transmission or other electronic transmission method, it must provide Custodian sufficient notice and information to allow testing or other confirmation that FT Instructions received via the Fund Designated Security Procedure can be processed in good time and order. The Custodian may require the Fund to execute additional documentation prior to the use of such transmission method.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Service Level Credits If Verint does not meet the Uptime Percentage levels specified below, Customer will be entitled, upon written request, to a service level credit (“Service Level Credit”) to be calculated, with respect to the applicable Hosted Environment, as follows: • If Uptime Percentage is at least 99.95% of the month’s minutes, no Service Level Credits are provided; or • If Uptime Percentage is 99.75% to 99.94% (inclusive) of the month’s minutes, Customer will be eligible for a credit of 5% of a monthly average fee derived from one-twelfth (1/12th) of the then-current annual fee paid to Verint; or • If Uptime Percentage is 99.50% to 99.74% (inclusive) of the month’s minutes, Customer will be eligible for a credit of 7.5% of a monthly average fee derived from one-twelfth (1/12th) of the then-current annual fee paid to Verint; or • If Uptime Percentage is less than 99.50% of the month’s minutes, Customer will be eligible for a credit of 10.0% of a monthly average fee derived from one-twelfth (1/12th) of the then-current annual fee paid to Verint. Customer shall only be eligible to request Service Level Credits if Customer notifies Verint in writing within thirty (30) days from the end of the month for which Service Level Credits are due. All claims will be verified against Verint’s system records. In the event after such notification Verint determines that Service Level Credits are not due, or that different Service Level Credits are due, Verint shall notify Customer in writing on that finding. With respect to any Services Level credits due under Orders placed directly by Customer on Verint, Service Level Credits will be applied to the next invoice following Customer’s request and Verint’s confirmation of available credits; with respect to any Service Level Credits due for SaaS Services under Orders placed on Verint by a Verint authorized reseller on Customer’s behalf, Service Level Credits will be issued by such reseller following Customer’s request and Verint’s confirmation of available credits and such Services Level Credits may only be used by Customer with respect to subsequent purchases of Verint offerings through that reseller. Service Level Credits shall be Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any failure to meet the Service Levels. Verint will only provide records of system availability in response to Customer’s good faith claims.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Service Level In the event that League InfoSight discovers or is notified by you of the existence of Non-Scheduled Downtime, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to determine the source of the problem and attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
