Transport of Injured Employee Sample Clauses

Transport of Injured Employee. An employee may transport an injured employee to receive medical treatment for a non- life threatening injury without loss of pay or leave. If there is any doubt about the severity of an employee’s injury, employees are to call 911 rather than attempting to transport the injured employee. The non-injured employee should make a reasonable effort to contact the Manager before transporting the injured employee. Once the non-injured employee has transported the injured employee to a medical facility, the non-injured employee will return to work as soon as possible. Upon return to work the non-injured employee will contact the Manager to determine next steps.
