Common use of Transportation and Moving Expenses Clause in Contracts

Transportation and Moving Expenses. Candidates selected to non-supervisory vacancies which represent a lateral or demotion in accordance with Article 10.1.5 and employed for a minimum of five (5) years in their current work headquarters shall be entitled to moving expenses in accordance with the provisions of Part A, Item 23.0. Candidates selected to the promotions shall be entitled to moving expenses in accordance with the provisions of Part A, Item 23.0
