Transportation Department Employees. A. The Berea Board of Education will establish a drug and alcohol abuse testing policy and implementation procedures for regular and substitute Transportation Department employees who hold a CDL license. This policy and procedures will be in compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Omnibus Transportation Employees Testing Act of 1991 and all other related State and Federal mandates which went into effect January 1, 1995.
