Transportation for Monitored and Supervised Visitation. Transportation services are provided to CLIENT(S) and VISITOR(S) that require assistance in attending visitations in accordance with Juvenile Court orders or ADMINISTRATOR's request as specified by the SSW on the referral form. CONTRACTOR shall:
4.10.1 Ensure that every Transportation Specialist carries a valid Class "C" California driver’s license and agency identification whenever any CLIENT or VISITOR is being transported.
4.10.2 Provide two (2) staff members to accompany CLIENT(S) during transportation when requested by ADMINISTRATOR.
4.10.3 Make every effort to provide the same Monitored Visitation and Transportation Specialist to the CLIENT(S) throughout the term of the service delivery, for monitored visitation.
4.10.4 Review the Voluntary Transportation for "Intercounty Monitored/Supervised Visitation" form with the VISITOR(S) and obtain the signature of each VISITOR(S) who accepts transportation services, prior to transporting a VISITOR of a CLIENT.
4.10.5 Provide transportation of VISITOR(S) of CLIENT(S) only when one of DocuSign Envelope ID: F72AAA7D-5C0A-40BD-8888-7D72E527E8FB the VISITOR(S) resides outside of Orange County.
4.10.6 Receive approval from RDM prior to transporting VISITOR(S) who reside in Orange County for visits with CLIENT(S) who also reside in Orange County.
4.10.7 Transport CLIENT(S) or VISITOR(S) between Orange County and contiguous counties as requested by SSW, which may include transporting: CLIENT(S) or VISITOR(S) from an Orange County location to an out-of-county location. CLIENT(S) or VISITOR(S) from an out-of-county location to an Orange County location. CLIENT(S) with monitored visitation, up to three (3) pick- up and drop-off locations within Orange County or between Orange County and a contiguous county. On an exception basis, approval may be granted by ADMINISTRATOR for monitored visitation of CLIENTS where four (4) or more locations are needed. Such approval must be requested in writing by CONTRACTOR to ADMINISTRATOR. Multiple CLIENTS for supervised visitation to and from a supervised visitation site within Orange County. VISITOR(S) or CLIENT(S) from a central transportation location directly to the visitation site and back to the central transportation location, when the visit will be monitored by CONTRACTOR. VISITOR(S) or CLIENT(S) to and/or from the visitation site when the SSW designates a monitor other than CONTRACTOR.

5 4.5.5 Prohibit Student Intern and/or Volunteer staff from 6 providing transportation to CLIENTS.
7 4.5.6 Provide transportation of VISITOR of CLIENTS only when 8 one of the VISITORS resides outside of Orange County. VISITORS who reside in 9 Orange County shall not be transported within Orange County for visits with 10 CLIENT(S) who also reside in Orange County.
11 4.5.7 Prior to transporting a VISITOR of a CLIENT, review the 12 Voluntary Transportation for “Intercounty Monitored/Supervised Visitation” 13 form with the VISITOR and obtain the signature of each VISITOR who accepts 14 transportation services to support Monitored/Supervised Visitation.

14 4.11.1 Provide transportation to CLIENTS who are dependents of 15 the Orange County Juvenile Court in accordance with the SSW’s referral,
4.11.2 Ensure that every Transportation Specialist carries a valid Class C California driver’s license and agency identification whenever any CLIENT or VISITOR is being transported.
4.11.3 Provide two (2) staff members to accompany CLIENT(S) during transportation when requested by SSA.
4.11.4 For Monitored Visitation, make every effort to provide the same Monitored Visitation and Transportation Specialist to CLIENT(S) throughout the term of the service delivery.
4.11.5 Prohibit Volunteer staff from providing transportation.
4.11.6 Provide transportation of parents and legal guardians of children who are dependents of the Orange County Juvenile Court only when one 1 of the visiting parties, (i.e., child, parent or legal guardian) resides 2 outside of Orange County. Parents and legal guardians who reside in Orange 3 County will not be transported within Orange County for visits with CLIENT(S) 4 who also reside in Orange County.
