Transportation Arrangement definition
Transportation Arrangement means an arrangement made by NGN with any person for the transportation of Gas in the System from the System Entry Point and a reference to a Transportation Arrangement shall include the Network Code;

In the event that either Party believes that the other Party is not complying with its obligations set out above, then (without prejudice to any rights the first Party may have under any Delivery Arrangement or Transportation Arrangement) it shall notify the other Party accordingly.

More Definitions of Transportation Arrangement
Transportation Arrangement means (i) a transportation arrangement (incorporating the provisions of the Code of Operations) between GNI and a GNI Shipper for the transportation of Natural Gas in the GNI System and reference to such a transportation arrangement shall include the Code of Operations or (ii) a transportation arrangement between GNI (UK) and one or more GNI (UK) Shipper(s) for the transportation of Natural Gas in the GNI (UK) System and reference to such a transportation arrangement shall include the GNI (UK) Code;
Transportation Arrangement an arrangement made by TranscoNGG (constituting a transportation arrangement as defined in the licence referred to in Recital A) with a TranscoNGG Shipper, or by BGE or its Affiliate with a BGE Shipper, for the transportation of gas in such Operator's System to or from the CSEPSystem Connections Point; and a reference to a Transportation Arrangement shall include the Network Code and the CSEPMoffat Ancillary Agreement in the case of TranscoNGG and the Code of Operations in the case of BGE.
Transportation Arrangement means any agreement or arrangement under which Shipper has the right to have natural gas transported on the Canadian Pipeline, including without limitation, any Transportation Service Agreement, as defined in the Tariff, and any assignment thereof; provided, however, that if the Canadian Transporter should in the future start providing firm or interruptible transportation service on the Canadian Pipeline on a basis that does not involve a correlative grant of NGL extraction rights to Aux Sable, the term Transportation Arrangement as used herein will not include the new agreements or arrangements under which such new service is provided.

Transportation Arrangement means an arrangement made by National Grid Gas (constituting a transportation arrangement as defined in the licence referred to in Recital (A)) with a NGG Shipper, or by the CSO with a CSO Shipper, for the transportation of Natural Gas in such Operator's System to or from the CSP; and a reference to a Transportation Arrangement shall include the Network Code in the case of National Grid Gas. Transportation Flow Advice (TFA) shall be the advice given by facsimile (or other agreed means) by National Grid Gas to the CSO whenever:

1.2 The definitions at Clause 1.1.1 above, paragraph 2 of Annex A and paragraph 2 of Annex B are solely for the purposes of this Agreement and do not affect any of the corresponding definitions in any other agreement between the Parties and/or:
(a) in the Network Code as between NGG and NGG Shippers;
(b) in the PTL Code as between PTL and PTL Shippers;
(c) in the GNI (UK)/PTL Transportation Agreement as between PTL and GNI (UK);
(d) in the GNI (UK)/GNI Transportation Agreement as between GNI (UK) and GNI; which may differ from the definitions used in this Agreement.
1.3 Any reference in this Agreement to the singular shall (save where the context requires otherwise) include a reference to the plural (and vice versa).
1.4 Reference in this Agreement to any statute, statutory instrument or statutory provision includes any amendment, re-enactment or supplement thereto.
1.5 References to Annexes and clauses are references to Annexes and clauses of this Agreement and, unless the context otherwise requires, and references to Articles are to Articles of the relevant EU Code.
1.6 Unless otherwise provided references to paragraphs are references to paragraphs of the Annex in which such reference is made.
1.7 The headings in and to this Agreement (including the Annexes) and in and to the clauses and paragraphs thereof are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation.
1.8 References to times of the day in this Agreement are to official time in the United Kingdom.
1.9 Any reference to a Party shall include its successors in title and permitted assigns.
