Transportation of Students. Certain employees who work directly with students involved in community-based programming or job training positions may be required to use their personal vehicles to transport students. In such cases, the requirement shall be so stated on postings for those jobs. Annually, the District will provide those employees with a written statement of this requirement, along with information on insurance and how to report incidents. Except as indicated above, employees shall not be required to use their personal vehicles to transport students.
