Common use of Travel Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Travel Accommodations. The Employer shall provide mutually acceptable accommodation and a subsistence allowance of not less than forty-five ($45.00) dollars for each day (paid holidays included) on out-of-town jobs where the employees are required to stay overnight.
