Common use of Travel Accommodations Clause in Contracts

Travel Accommodations. The Employer shall provide mutually acceptable accommodation and a subsistence allowance of forty-two ($42.00) dollars for each day (paid holidays included) on out-of-town jobs where the employees are required to stay overnight. Effective December 4, 2017: $43/day Effective December 4, 2018: $44/day Effective December 4, 2019: $45/day ARTICLE 15 - TOOLS
